4th of July Cricut Crawl Challenge # 167 Red White and Blue


Welcome to the 4th of July Fantabulous Cricut Crawl - Fantabulous Cricut's version of a Blog Hop!!

In honor of the 4th of July holiday, we're having a Red, White and Blue Crawl.  Each Design Team member has created a fabulous project using Red, White and Blue as the main colors, and of course at least one Cricut cut!

For my project I created a 4th of July card!!! I used the George And Basic Shapes an Cindy Loo cartridges.  Added a little faux stitching and a handcut banner and voila!! A perfect card!!

    Great card especially thinking outside the box (pun intended) and using two cartridges not normally that would come to mind when doing a patriotic themed item.

    My favorite thing to do on 4th of July? Back before my Mom and Dad passed away, they would always hold a family crawfish fest or catfish fry with fireworks at their house. I miss them every day but especially around the holidays. My Dad had a wonderful love of the 4th of July.

    Fav thing on 4th of Jul is the fireworks. I still ooh & ahhh when I see the fireworks light up. Like the Red/White/Blue card.

    Such a cute card! Love the red star cutout--is that glittery fabric used?

    My favorite thing to do on the Fourth of July is sparklers with my niece and nephew. No matter how old you get, they're still a fun tradition and I love the excitement in their faces when they light them and wave them around.

    Great card! Shaped cards are always so much fun to make and receive. My favorite thing to do is watch big fireworks displays--reminds me of when I was a kid. Thanks for the chance to win!

    Very cute project. I love the banner. My favorite thing to do on the 4th would be to sleep in, make a big breakfast, lie by the pool and watch my hubby bbq. But I have to be at work at 6:30. So this year my favorite thing will be getting off work.

    Your work is beautiful. My favorite things was when our kids were young all the neighbors got together Cook, play baseball with everyone(even the toddlers) then have a water fight before fireworks. Now we are going to watch our granddaughter enjoy her 2nd, 4th of July.

    On the 4th of July every year my family gets together at my house, play around the pool, cook fun food.........and eat. The family is smaller after losing our parents, but my siblings and I are very close. We celebrate all holidays together (as well as many other times during the year).

    Your card is amazing!! I love your design choice of having the banner running through the middle of the card. My favorite thing to do for the 4th of July is Skype my son who is in the Navy, unless he is underway. Nothing like seeing my sailor on the day we celebrate our independence. Thank you for sharing.

    Love the card really cute idea and it came together soo cute ! I love spending 4th of July with my family whatever we do wether camping, BBQ , swimming as long as we are together we have a great time thanks for asking ! Hope you have a great one !
